These terms cover the Tiho browser extension and usetiho.com, provided by VIDEZ s.p., Slovenia. By using Tiho you agree to them.
What Tiho does
Tiho hides content from social media feeds in your browser. Free feed cleanup hides page elements such as ads and suggestions. Tiho Pro uses AI to judge individual posts against your preferences. AI makes mistakes: it will sometimes hide a post you wanted or show one you didn't. "Recently hidden" lets you check and correct it.
Your account
You need an account only for AI filtering. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Subscriptions
Tiho Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, which is the merchant of record for your purchase. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change for new subscribers; we'll give you notice before any change applies to your subscription.
Fair use
AI filtering includes a generous daily limit meant for one person's normal browsing. Above it, AI filtering pauses until the next day and free cleanup keeps working. Don't use automated tools to send requests to our API, resell access, or try to use it for anything other than filtering your own feed.
Availability
Social networks change their websites without notice, which can break parts of Tiho until we fix them. We work to keep it running but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Tiho is not affiliated with X Corp., Google, Meta or any other platform it works on.
Liability
Tiho is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
Ending
You can stop using Tiho and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. These terms are governed by Slovenian law.
