- what happened, and what you expected instead
- your browser, and whether it was on X or Threads
- your Tiho version, shown at the bottom of the Tiho popup
- for billing, the email address you signed in with
Before you write
Billing
Cancel Pro
Open your account page and choose Manage billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Get a refund
Email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full. The refund policy has the details.
Change your plan or payment method
Manage billing on your account page opens Stripe, which handles payments for Tiho. If you paid with Link, Link support can help too.
Account
The sign-in email didn't arrive
Check your spam folder, then ask for a new link. Each link works once and expires after 10 minutes. Disposable email addresses can't sign in.
Sign out of other browsers
Choose Sign out everywhere on your account page.
Delete your account
Choose Delete account on your account page. This cancels any subscription straight away and can't be undone.
Filtering
Tiho hid a post you wanted
Open the Tiho popup and find it under Recently hidden. Vote it up and Tiho keeps posts like it.
AI filtering stopped for the day
Pro has a daily fair-use limit. Filtering starts again at 00:00 UTC, and free cleanup keeps working until then.
The extension
Tiho stopped working on X or Threads
X and Threads change their sites without notice, which can break parts of Tiho until we fix it. If something fails, nothing gets hidden. Email us with your browser and Tiho version so we can find it faster.
Which browsers Tiho runs in
Tiho runs in desktop Chrome and Firefox, and browsers built on them such as Brave, Edge, Arc and Zen. It doesn't work in the X or Threads apps or in Safari.
Your data
What Tiho sends
Free sends nothing to a server. Pro sends post text, author and any quoted post to be classified, then discards them. The privacy policy has the details.
Get a copy of your data or have it deleted
Email us from the address you signed in with. Votes stay in your browser; export them from Tiho settings.
